This Privacy Policy explains what information AK Meatss (akmeatss.com) collects when you use the service, and how we use and protect it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to take and prepare your order.

1. Information we collect

• Order details — the items, options and quantities you order, and the shop you order from.
• Payment confirmation — a payment reference from Razorpay confirming your order was paid. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
• Saved shops & order history on your device — the shops you add and your past orders are stored locally in your phone's browser (localStorage) so you can find them again. This stays on your device.

2. How we use your information

• To create and prepare your order and give you a pickup token.
• To let the shop see and fulfil your order.
• To process payments and any refunds through Razorpay.
• To keep basic daily records the shop needs to run its business.

3. Payment security

All online payments are handled by Razorpay, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by AK Meatss.

4. Sharing your information

We share order information only with the shop you ordered from, so it can prepare and hand over your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Information may be shared with Razorpay to process payment, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept by the shop for its normal business and accounting needs. Shops you save and your order history stored on your device remain until you remove a shop or clear your browser data.

6. Your choices

• You can remove a saved shop from your list at any time.
• You can clear your saved shops and order history by clearing your browser data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
