Welcome to AK Meatss. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AK Meatss website (akmeatss.com) and the ordering service provided through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About the service

AK Meatss is an online platform that lets customers browse the menu of a local meat shop and place a pickup order using the shop's 4-digit Shop ID. Each shop listed on AK Meatss is an independent business responsible for its own products, prices, quality and preparation. AK Meatss provides the software platform that connects you with the shop.

2. Placing an order

• You add a shop using its 4-digit Shop ID, choose your items and options, and place the order.
• Prices, weights and available options are set by each individual shop and may change at any time.
• After successful payment you receive a numbered token and a 4-digit pickup PIN.
• Most orders are for pickup at the shop. Show your token and PIN at the counter to collect your order.
• Some shops also offer home delivery, on the days they choose. Where a shop offers it, the delivery option and its delivery fee are shown to you before you pay. If you do not see a delivery option, that shop is pickup only.
• AK Meatss does not ship orders by post or courier, and does not deliver outside a shop's own delivery area.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payment is collected before the order is confirmed. The money goes directly to the shop's own account — AK Meatss does not hold or handle your payment. AK Meatss does not store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Cancellations & refunds

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate order information.
• Collect your order at the shop within the shop's working hours.
• Do not misuse the platform or place fake orders.

6. Availability

A shop may be temporarily unavailable, out of stock, or closed. AK Meatss may pause a shop's account or perform maintenance (for example, a brief daily maintenance window). We are not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shop closure or items being unavailable; in such cases any eligible payment is refunded.

7. Limitation of liability

AK Meatss is a technology platform. The quality, freshness and safety of the meat is the responsibility of the individual shop. To the extent permitted by law, AK Meatss is not liable for the products supplied by shops.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
